Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher and proud mom of two clever little munchkins

I'm here to empower fellow mamas like you during pregnancy and postpartum. With the power of yoga, mindfulness, and strength and mobility exercises, we'll tackle the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that come with motherhood.

My mission? To help you make YOU a priority, day in and day out. Because when you're feeling amazing, you can show up fully for your family.
